MINIMUM STAY: A minimum stay of two nights is required during High Season (May - October).
ROOM RATES: The room rates include a gourmet buffet style breakfast. All the rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:
Guests from North America:
A 50% deposit of your arrangement is required within 5 business days to make your reservation definitive. We accept payment by Interac, Travelers' Cheques or Personal Cheques (sorry, no Credit Cards accepted). Thank you for paying the remaining balance during your stay.
Guests from all other countries: Full payment of your arrangement is required within 5 business days to make your reservation definitive. We accept payment by Bank Transfer and Money Order (sorry, no Credit Cards accepted).
CHILDREN: Myra-Canyon Ranch is family friendly. Children 6 years and under stay for free.
INSIDE THE HOUSE: Myra-Canyon Ranch has an indoor non-smoking policy and is a no street shoes home; Thank you for respecting this requirement.
MEALS: Special diets can be accommodated with advance notice. Lunch packages are available upon request. Please arrange prior to your arrival - thanks.

Cancellation Policy
21 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of your deposit less a $ 50.00 administration fee.
Less than 21 days prior to arrival: We will make every attempt to re-book the room for the nights of your original booking. If we are able to do so you receive full refund of your deposit less a $ 50.00 administration fee. If the room can not be rented out to somebody else your reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and you will be billed for the remaining balance of your arrangement.
We recommend cancellation insurance.
