General
MINIMUM STAY: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required in July and August.
PAYMENT : Less than 7 nights: 50% reservation deposit. 7 nights and more: full payment of your arrangement. All payments are required within 5 business days after your booking to make your reservation definitive. We accept cash, Travelers' Cheques or Personal Cheques (sorry, no Credit Cards accepted).
RATES and TAX: All the rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
CLEANING: A $ 75.00 out-cleaning fee applies.
CHILDREN: Myra-Canyon Ranch is family friendly. Children 6 years and under stay for free.
DOGS: A once-only payment of $ 30.00 applies. As we have dogs, cats and horses that live on the property please get in touch with us in advance if you want to bring your pet along.
SMOKING: This is a non-smoking suite; thank you for respecting this requirement.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of your payment less a $ 100.00 administration fee.
Cancellation 1 - 59 days prior to arrival: We will make every attempt to re-book the suite for the nights of your original booking. If we are able to do so you receive your full payment less a $ 100.00 administration fee back. If the suite can not be rented out to somebody else your reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and you will be billed for the remaining balance of your arrangement..
We recommend cancellation insurance.
