We host families, events, weddings, gatherings and anything else you can think of! The ranch has 4 rooms/suites. Around you waits the provincial park.
20 min from down town
Kelowna beaches and downtown area are 20 min driving distance away. Within 10 min around us you find 5 restaurants, a pizza service and 2 convenience stores.
Activity base
Cycling, downhill biking, hiking, boulder + rock climbing, jogging, golf, wine and so much more to be found within 20 min around the ranch. Snow mobilers love the access to many trails.
Endless Bike trails
We are the ideal starting point for cycling the Kettle Valley Rail trail or one of the many mountain + downhill trails on our south slope above Kelowna.
Below the Kettle Valley Rail trail
10 minutes up the road is the Trans Canada Trail with it most famous part: The Myra Canyon section. 18 old train brigdes (trestles) and 2 tunnels build in 1915 are the attraction Nr. 1 in Kelowna.
Views & decks
Our suites have 3 main elements: Wood, Glass and White. You will find incredible views over the valley and lake and no TVs in our rooms - and you won't miss them!
Bear Suite 4 Guests
Located at the main level. 70 sq.m common room with open and full featured kitchen and your private hot tub.
Covered BBQ on deck outside. 160 sq.m. decks with dining and sitting areas.
Breakfast deck with morning sun gives you a warm place in spring and fall, while the main deck is great in our summer heat.
2 queen bed rooms with 18 sq.m. each. One queen bed is on the main level and a loft queen bed is accessible via ladder.
Ensuite bathrooms with shower in bedroom. On a dedicated patio you find a private hot tub with incredible views.
We are a TV free accommodation and promise that you won’t miss it with our stunning views.
Fibre Optic High Speed Internet provided for free. Bedding, towels and toiletries, coffee/tea and basic spices are provided.
Our Bear Suite requires a 2 nights minimum stay.
Events/Bachelorettes etc. require booking the whole lodge.

Located on 1. floor with 36 sq.m.in total. 130 sq.m. covered decks span around the complete house.
You can follow the sun all day long ! .
The studio has a king bed in loft area and a kitchenette on the main level.
Microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster etc. are provided.
A patio heater keeps you warm on the decks.
Ensuite bathrooms with showers. Inside and outside dining areas.

Our Eagles Nest is located on the 1. floor with 41 sq.m in one room with king bed, kitchenette and dining area.
A sofa bed can be used as additional queen bed.
Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle. 30 sq.m.deck area half covered by roof.
Ensuite bathroom with bathtub with a view over Kelowna and the valley.

Located at the base level below Bear Suite with dedicated private deck.
Our Deer Suite is log home style and does not offer the many windows and views as our upper suites.
Our guests love the privacy and the cool temperatures inside during summer time, when the valley is baking with 35 degree Celsius and more.
60 sq.m. common room with full featured kitchen incl. range, microwave. fridge/freezer and large BBQ on patio area.
1 King + 1 Queen bedroom with 20 sq.m. each. 2 additional single sofa beds in common room. Bathroom with shower.

Meet your host family, the von Andrian “clan"
We came from Germany in 2012 and left our old jobs (Lawyer/Teacher) to follow our dreams: Doing something with people and sport.
We are “Bavarians” born south of Munich close to the Austrian border.
